WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Within the US, expect your item within 7-10 business days of purchase. International orders will get to you in 15-17 business days of purchase. When your order ships you can request your tracking number via email: support@ikonick.com

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy! You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase free of charge. We are proud to promote a business model that has a low impact on the environment by not pre-printing or inventory any stock, so every piece is printed-on-demand and made custom to order avoiding waste of products. Since we do not warehouse or hold inventory, we are unable to accept returns and swap out one piece of art for another, so we cannot provide refunds, credits, or replacements except in the event of damage prior to the product arriving with our valued customer. In the event that a piece arrives damaged, we ask that a photo of the damaged unit is sent to our Customer Care team, and will produce and send a replacement at no charge (for 60 days we guarantee your money back if the item is damaged).
